개인정보 처리방침

탄생캐(이하 "운영자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
요약: 카드를 만들 때 입력하는 생년월일시·성별·닉네임은 저장하지도, 서버로 보내지도 않습니다. 운영자가 보관하는 개인정보는 "미리 등록"에서 직접 동의하고 적은 이메일뿐입니다. 상세 리포트·도감처럼 생년월일시 저장이 필요한 기능은 그때 별도 동의를 받습니다. 리포트(종합·상세)의 풀이 문장은 Anthropic의 AI 모델 Claude로 생성할 예정이며, 상세 리포트는 나이대별 흐름을 계산해야 해서 생년월일시를 씁니다. 이때 전달되는 정보와 조건은 4-2항에 미리 적어 두었습니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
운영자는 다음 목적을 위해서만 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 변경되면 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도 동의를 받습니다.
- 미리 등록(출시 알림) — 준비 중인 기능(상세 리포트, 내 사람들 도감, 모임 카드, 실물 포카)의 출시 알림과 미리 등록 혜택 안내.
- (선택) 소식 안내 — 새 기능·이벤트 소식 발송. 별도 동의한 경우에만.
- 문의 응대 — 이메일로 보내 주신 문의에 대한 답변.
- (예정) 리포트 생성(종합·상세) — 이용자가 별도로 동의하고 요청한 경우에 한해, 생년월일시·사주 네 기둥·카드 구성으로 AI 풀이 문장을 생성. 상세 리포트는 유료이며 결제 정보는 결제 대행사가 처리하고 운영자는 카드번호를 받지 않습니다. 출시 전까지는 처리하지 않습니다.

저장하지 않는 정보
- 생년월일시, 성별, 닉네임 — 카드를 만들기 위해 입력하는 이 정보는 이용자의 브라우저 안에서만 계산에 쓰이고 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. (예외: 준비 중인 리포트를 이용자가 별도 동의 후 요청하는 경우에만 4-2항과 같이 처리합니다.) 카드 이미지와 공유 링크에는 생년월일시가 포함되지 않습니다(카드 번호·계절·소품·부적·희귀도·닉네임만 포함). 다만 이용자가 닉네임을 적은 카드 이미지나 공유 링크를 다른 사람에게 보내는 것은 이용자 본인의 선택이며, 그 내용은 운영자가 수집하지 않습니다.
- 쿠키·방문 기록 — 운영자는 광고·추적 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 언어 선택은 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 사이트 호스팅 사업자(아래 4항)는 서비스 보안과 안정을 위해 접속 로그(IP, 접속 시각 등)를 자체 정책에 따라 짧게 보관할 수 있습니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전
사이트 운영을 위해 다음과 같이 처리를 위탁하며, 저장 서버가 국외에 있어 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 알립니다.

Cloudflare의 개인정보 보호 정책: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. 국외 이전을 원하지 않는 경우 미리 등록을 하지 않으면 되고, 카드 만들기는 어떤 정보도 전송하지 않으므로 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
4-2. (예정) 리포트의 AI 처리 — Anthropic Claude
준비 중인 종합 리포트(무료)와 상세 리포트(유료)는 풀이 문장을 Anthropic, PBC(미국)의 AI 모델 Claude를 API로 호출해 생성합니다. 상세 리포트는 지금 몇 살인지에 따라 달라지는 흐름(대운·세운)을 계산해야 해서 생년월일시가 필요합니다. 출시 시점에 리포트 요청 화면에서 아래 내용을 다시 보여 드리고 별도 동의를 받은 뒤에만 처리하며, 동의 전에는 어떤 정보도 Anthropic에 전송되지 않습니다.

종합 리포트는 생년월일시 없이 네 기둥과 카드 구성만으로도 만들 수 있어, 생년월일시 전달은 상세 리포트에서만 필요합니다. 리포트 요청 화면에 어떤 항목이 전달되는지 그대로 표시합니다.
5. 정보주체의 권리·의무와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지, 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. [email protected]으로 등록한 이메일 주소에서 보내 주시면 본인 확인 후 10일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않으며, 미리 등록은 만 14세 이상만 할 수 있습니다.
6. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 파기 절차는 운영자(개인정보 보호책임자)가 직접 수행합니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 저장소 접근 권한을 운영자 계정으로 제한, 2단계 인증 사용
- 필요 최소한의 항목만 수집(생년월일시 미수집 설계)
- 정기적인 보유 기간 점검과 파기
8. 자동 수집 장치(쿠키 등)
운영자는 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다. 언어 설정(ko/en) 하나가 브라우저 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 보관되며 이는 이용자의 기기에만 있고 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
9. 개인정보 보호책임자
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972), 대검찰청 사이버수사과(spo.go.kr, 1301), 경찰청 사이버수사국(ecrm.police.go.kr, 182)에 문의할 수 있습니다.
10. 처리방침의 변경
이 방침은 2026년 10월 9일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 변경 사항과 사유를 공지하고, 이전 버전은 아래에 남깁니다. 상세 리포트·도감 등 생년월일시 저장이나 AI 처리(4-2항)가 필요한 기능이 열릴 때는 그 기능 안에서 별도 동의를 받고 이 방침을 개정합니다.
Privacy Policy

Tansaengkae ("we", "the operator") publishes this privacy policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea to protect users' personal information and handle related concerns promptly.
In short: the birth date, time, gender and nickname you enter to make a card are neither stored nor sent to a server. The only personal information we keep is the email you type into "Register early" after giving consent. Features that need your birth data stored (detailed report, collection) will ask for separate consent when they open. Reports (overview and detailed) will be generated with Claude, an AI model by Anthropic; the detailed report needs your birth date and time to compute the flow by age. What is sent and on what terms is set out in advance in section 4-2.
1. Purposes of processing
- Early registration (launch notice) — notifying you when upcoming features (detailed report, My People collection, group card, printed photocard) launch, and delivering early-registration perks.
- (Optional) News — sending news about new features and events, only with separate consent.
- Support — replying to inquiries sent by email.
- (Planned) Report generation (overview and detailed) — only when you separately consent and request it: generating AI readings from your birth date and time, four pillars and card composition. The detailed report is paid; payment details are handled by a payment provider and we never receive card numbers. Nothing is processed for this until launch.
2. Items processed and retention

What we do not store
- Birth date and time, gender, nickname — used only inside your browser to compute the card; never transmitted to our server. (Exception: only when you separately consent and request an upcoming report, as described in section 4-2.) The card image and share link do not contain your birth date or time (only card number, season, prop, charms, rarity and nickname). Sending a card image or link with your nickname to others is your own choice, and we do not collect it.
- Cookies and visit history — we use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is kept only in your browser's local storage. Our hosting provider (section 4) may keep short-lived access logs (IP address, time) under its own policy for security and stability.
3. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law or by a lawful request from an investigative authority.
4. Outsourcing and cross-border transfer

Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. If you do not want a cross-border transfer, simply don't register early; the card maker sends nothing and remains fully usable.
4-2. (Planned) AI processing for reports — Anthropic Claude
The upcoming overview report (free) and detailed report (paid) will generate their readings by calling Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, PBC (USA), through its API. The detailed report needs your birth date and time because the flow it describes (ten-year and yearly cycles) depends on how old you are now. At launch we will show the following on the report request screen and process only after your separate consent; nothing is sent to Anthropic before that.

The overview report can be made from the four pillars and card composition alone, so the birth date is only needed for the detailed report. The request screen will show exactly which items are sent.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Email [email protected] from the registered address; after verifying identity we will act within 10 days and tell you the outcome. We do not collect personal information from children under 14; early registration is for users aged 14 and over.
6. Destruction
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the data without delay using methods that prevent recovery. The operator (privacy officer) performs the deletion directly.
7. Security measures
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS); storage access limited to the operator's account with two-factor authentication
- Data minimisation by design (birth data never collected)
- Regular retention checks and deletion
8. Automatic collection (cookies)
We set no cookies. A single language setting (ko/en) is kept in your browser's localStorage; it stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it from your browser settings at any time.

10. Changes
This policy applies from October 9, 2026. Changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, with the reason, and previous versions listed below. When features that need stored birth data or AI processing (section 4-2) open, we will obtain separate consent within that feature and revise this policy.
